How I Lost 50 lbs of Baby Weight!!!Sean was Born March 22,2012

                                                                Before baby: 117 lbs
Day of birth: 167 lbs
Gained: 50 lbs!
 
This was my first pregnancy today I'm 39+weeks pregnant.
I gained 32lbs.
At the end of my pregnancy I gained 50lbs.
 
Four months later I was back at my original weight 117lbs.
 
 
How I did it
 
Stay Active:
 
1 month after giving birth I went back to teaching zumba fitness...3 times a week.
 
 
Diet plane:
 
After hearing my mom talk about how my cousin lost 20lbs being on this diet for 1 month, I figured it was worth a try.The Book/diet is called Eat to Live and I must say its amazing I lost 7lbs in one week.
 
The special thing about the book is that it has the two options vegetarian and vegan.
Each one comes with 6 weeks worth of recipes.
 
for me I needed a boost to get my body back into shape and that book really made it happen.
